San Pietro Italian Coffee whole bean medium roast, 12 oz

Puglia, Southern Italy

Family-roasted for over 20 years

A 50/50 Arabica–Robusta blend, roasted slowly in small batches by a third-generation Puglian family. Toasted hazelnut, dark cocoa, and a thick golden crema — bold in body, gentle on acidity.

Whole bean freshness

Nitrogen-flushed the moment it leaves the roaster

Every bag is nitrogen-flushed and vacuum-sealed straight after roasting, locking in the aromatic oils for the journey across the Atlantic. The Best Before code is embossed on the top seam — grind and brew within 3 to 21 days of the roast date for the fullest flavour.

Questions

Good to know

Do you hold organic or specialty certifications?

We don't. We invest directly in bean selection, roast consistency, and cup performance. For us, quality lives in what you taste, not what's printed on the bag.

Doesn't Robusta make coffee more bitter?

Not the way we roast it. Our slow, Puglian method balances the blend so Robusta adds body and crema, not bitterness. The result is a bold cup without the rough edges most people are trying to avoid.

What makes this lower acid than regular coffee?

Slow, small-batch roasting in the Southern Italian tradition produces a gentler acid profile.

How do I know when it's at peak freshness?

Check the embossed Best Before code on the top seam of the bag. For the richest flavor, grind and brew within 3 to 21 days of the roast date. The nitrogen seal protects that window.
